The positives are that the room was large and comfortable. on the negative side: the wifi instructions we were given were wrong, as they seemed to relate to a corporate event. the tv menu didn't work ("please wait....") and the screen cut off a quarter of the picture, with no way of correcting it. service in the restaurant was poor. despite having booked, it was twenty minutes before someone took our order. despite this prices for food and drink seemed a rip-off. if i were to stay there again i would stock up at m & s beforehand. overall the product compared very badly with the premier inn at gatwick where we stayed a week earlier.
