Un vero piacere

Struttura molto gradevole, in strada tranquillissima fuori dal caos del centro ma servita molto bene dai mezzi pubblici. camera ampia e luminosissima con due finestre con affaccio sul giardino; bagno comodo con cabina doccia. pulizia della camera eccellente. colazione servita in una sala molto luminosa e piacevole con gli arredi moderni e fiori freschi sui tavoli. la cortesissima francesca ha reso ancora più dolce le nostre colazioni. alla reception personale molto professionale, cortese e disponibile a fornire indicazioni e consigli. la sera il cancello esterno viene chiuso e c'è il portiere di notte alla reception sempre presente. torneremo certamente e con gran piacere!

Ottimo hotel

L'hotel si trova in zona tranquilla ma, nel contempo, comoda al centro e ai mezzi pubblici. la struttura si compone di due villini divisi da un piccolo giardino interno. camere e bagno puliti e ben disposti, personale molto cortese. colazione ottima. parcheggio a pagamento (10 euro a notte); per chi non ne usufruisce, qualche difficoltà a trovare posto per l'auto nei dintorni.

Scandaloso

Considerarlo 2 stelle è eccessivo, figurarsi 4...ecco ciò che ho trovato al mio arrivo in questo hotel: esternamente è molto carino (villa stile liberty), anche gli spazi comuni non sono male... il grave problema è la stanza: -sporca (c'erano animaletti della polvere e ragnetti) e piena di polvere; -era un sottotetto con altezze che arrivavano ad 1 metro; -aria condizionata non funzionante (era un sottotetto quindi si crepava dal caldo); -frigobar non funzionante (era acceso, ma la roba dentro calda); -personale scortese e non capace di risolvere i problemi avuti; -bagno piccolissimo e basso; -tv non affatto lcd (ma questo non era un grave problema); -stanza posizionata vicinissimo alla stanza caldaia (un rumore fastidioso sentito per 2 notti e un caldo asfissiante); -colazione confusionaria e molto spartana... non consiglio a nessuno di andare in un posto del genere, neanche al mio peggior nemico... vergogna!!!ho chiamato anche hotelsclick per disdire una notte e non mi hanno neanche risposto!!!

Hotel carino e non molto distante dal centro, raggiungibile in circa 20 min con i mezzi pubblici. in zona non ho trovato molte difficoltà a trovare parcheggio, considerando che il soggiorno si è svolto nel fine settimana. la camera era spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, qualche attenzione in più per la pulizia dei muri che recavano i segni dei passaggi dei precedenti inquilini e cosa più grave , un controllo più frequente del frigo che, dato lo scarso utilizzo della gente, presentava muffa attorno alle bottiglie di succo di frutta. nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti, la camera era spaziosa ed il bagno anche se piccolino era adeguato alle esigenze di due persone.

Rome weekend break

Very nice hotel but 20 min bus ride from centre. this was fine but meant you went into the city to "see" sights then came back and did not return that day. if we had stayed in the city we could have had a break late pm in hotel then gone back out. however you would not have got a hotel as good as this for the same price in the city centre. you pays your money......

Soggiorno ars hotel

Salve. vorrei consigliare il soggiorno nell'hotel ars. l'hotel è grazioso, le camere sono pulite e il personale cordiale. l'hotel non è in centro ma ben collegato alle zone di maggiore interesse con servizio autobus.anche il prezzo è piuttosto accessibile.

Great deal if you are not too concerned with an out of town location

Ars hotel was everything that website promised with exception of travelling time to centre (at least 20 minutes on no 90 bus,as opposed to 10 minutes that other reviews suggest). rooms/ cleanlines/ attentiveness of staff / quality of hotel all of very good order. stayed 6 nights and brakfast, although adequate became a bit monotomous. all things considered, a very good value for money and quality hotel.

Nice & clean

My husband and i stayed here for 5 nights over the bank may day bank holiday weekend. its quite easy to get to no 90 bus from termini sation it took about 20 mins. the guy on reception was very helpful and gave us a map (this is a must if you do not get offered one ask) its nearly as goos as an a to z, he wrote all the bus routes down and we got around really easy. the room was a good size and clean and we got fresh towels every day, if you want tea & coffee facilities in your room you need to request it not sure if they charge? breakfast was ok plenty to fill up on for the day we didn't need lunch most days, the only thing we would have liked after staying in other european countries would have been nicer & fresher fruit (it wasn't the best. the buses into town are very busy early in the morning so be prepared, that would be the only downsidde for stopping outside the city if you don't like crowded buses then stay closer but be prepared to pay a lot more. we did get a taxi home one night after a late night and it only cost about 14 euros which was pretty good and very quick. all in all we enjoyed our stay and would only have a slight niggle about the distance from the centre, but the buses are frequent (during the day) the no 60 to get back later in the evening isn't quite as frequent as we would have liked we had a couple of nights where we waited a while. we got the weekly ticket for the transport which was 16 euro and worth it we could use the bus, tram and metro

Ars hotel rom

Das hotel hat mir ausgesprochen gut gefallen. der empfang war stets mit hilfsbereitem personal besetzt. empfangen wurden wir von einem mitarbeiter, der uns in perfektem deutsch alle wissenswerten informationen über das haus und rom gab. wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. das haus ist sehr gepflegt, das frühstück umfangreich und von guter qualität. die zimmer nett und sauber.
