Mostly agreeing with positive reviews, all in all good experience, and found hotel management very helpful and friendly. still, would like to mention some negatives caught our eye during our recent july visit to akka alinda near kemer. hopefully management can take a look into, especially since hotel declared as 5 stars. - hot (about +26 c) and humid in most public areas including reception. - had to request toilet paper and had no new soap placed in our room for 3 days. - a la card restaurants lack of staff. - in some areas of main restaurant (buffet), waiters have to be chased down to get you clean table or your glass of wine (wine served by waiters only). - preferential treatment of locals over other travelers (e.g., serving drinks and food at the beach, table selection at a la card restaurants) on the positive side, we had a great time, good evening shows, mostly helpful and cheering staff. especially we love and would like to thank the turkish corner staff serving handmaid gözleme (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/gözleme).
