Nice hotel, great location for downtown not impressed with cleanliness of vanity surface...it had not been wiped down, still had handprints and hair on surface. everything else was fine .parked off site one block for $10 a night vs. on site for $45

Overall reasonable stay, lobby nice with a buzz in the evenings around the bar area. rooms were however a bit dated and the corridors a bit faded. nice pool but again a bit jaded. disappointing for what is essentially a business hotel that internet was not free. besides this location is good.

I thoroughly loved my experience at the westin harbour castle hotel. my daughter and i were there for a dance workshop and from the moment we arrived, valet parking was most helpful, explicit directions as to where we needed to go were given and many staff members along the way to help direct us. the lady at check in was absolutely wonderful! she ordered a room to be cleaned immediately for me so i could check in and get the room in order for my daughter's lunch break. always a smile on her face and so very `nice! the bed was divine!!! the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in! i suffer from back pain and when i woke in the morning - absolutely no back pain! loved it! thank you! i need that bed at home!!!!!!!
