Good sized room, although the bathroom was very small. surprisingly quiet for busy location. alyn williams restuarant in the hotel was fabulous. well worth booking in during your stay. staff very friendly and helpful

Wonderful position but probably not a 5 star hotel. bathroom was very small and could be refurbished. had to pay for a tea tray - which in a 5 star hotel thought should not have happened. asked the concierge for directions to somerset house, and all he said was to get a taxi and then after i pushed him told me to go to oxford circus and get the tube. piccadilly would have been much closer and also the bus which i took, was so much easier and took me much closer.

Westbury, mayfair is an excellent hotel, right in the middle of the action, located only 1 minute from oxford st. will definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the westbury mayfair as it was central for most things we wanted to do. full english breakfast was included in the price we were quite glad it was as the price on the menu was £20.00 each. the breakfast was excellent with toast, 2 eggs, 2 sausage, bacon, tomato and black pudding and croissants if we wanted them - with a pot full of tea and coffee it was very well presented. this filled us up for most of the day! the only thing we bought were 2 cups of coffee in the evening and we received half a cup each at £5.06 per cup - so we didn't buy much in the hotel after this and went out for our meals. the maids came in twice a day to change the towels and check that everything was ok. the room and the hotel were spotless. we were on the 6th floor, but there were a couple of lifts so this wasn't a problem. i asked for some flowers to be placed in the room before we went and this was done and the hotel was quite happy to add this onto my hotel bill at the end. we would stay there again we really enjoyed the time we had there.
