While the location was great and the hotel seemed to be great at first, my husband and i came back one night to bugs in our bed and on the desk and countertop. we were given a room to switch to and were told management would contact us regarding our request for a comped fee. upon check out we still had not heard anything and then were told the discount could not be given. the manager stated it was not an inconvenience because we were given a new room. however, that room was missing key room items and the way the bathroom was constructed, we could not even close the bathroom door! management promised they would call is back after talking to the gm of the hotel but surprise suprise, we have not heard back at all. we will never stay here again. terrible customer service. then on top of it all, you are charged a 9 dollar a day fee for "hotel services" that was never addressed up front.
