Bien situado, al lado del metro en una zona tranquila. habitación pequeña pero cómoda. ducha grande. desayuno poco variado pero suficiente (tostadas, cereales, cafè, zumo...).

L'unico vantaggio dell'hotel è che è accanto alla stazione di earl's court. per il resto è una struttura disastrosa.

Quelques désagréments : - la douche sans vasque > salle de bain inondée jusqu'aux toilettes + ventilateur hors-service. - salles de petit-déjeuner trop petites et pas assez de choix (pas de fruits, une seule variété de pain et de thé, café uniquement soluble. - et surtout le local a bagages trop petit, ouvert à tous (clé totalement inutile et très chère), sans aucune surveillance et sans aucune sécurité.

We were suprised to discover that the hotel had opened up a few doors down from the premises shown on their website. it's all brand new but the lifts weren't working, we couldn't take calls in our room because the switchboard didn't work. and the room was tiny with a wet room ie shower right next to the toilet.

You can't expect a clean room or bathroom in this hotel. the facility is very limited, and no out-going phone calls can be made from the room unless you ask the reception to open a line paying a deposit. deposit was also needed for room keys and hairdryers which was very inconvenient. the reception staff told us that leaving a depost is very common in england, but i know it's not common. staffs were not well trained. no lift in the building.

This is a decent hotel which you choose mainly because it's price and location. perfectly situated with earls court tubestation just around the corner. the rooms are small but clean. when we were there in mid november it was rater cold in the room. no much heating there. we survived using the extra blankets provided. the staff in the reception were friendly an helpful and so were the girls serving breakfast in the small but nice brekfast room. the breakfast itself was ok. no more, no less. be prepaired to wait for vacant seats at times.

I spent two nights in this hotel. the room itself is good, considering the price i paid. and the location of hotel is great to take underground train to go anywhere. but it is noisy during weekend nights. i did not sleep well friday evening since i could hear music and people's talk throughout the night. i do not know where the music came from since i did not really see any bars nearby and there are mostly hotels on the same street. in an expensive city like london, what can we expect! after all, i do recommend this hotel for budget travllers.

My wife and i stayed here for five days, our main criteria for choosing this hotel was location (1 minute's walk from the picadilly line) and price, so were were not expecting the presidential suite!our room was small, as expected, and on the top floor. it was however quiet and clean, although not of a standard you would expect in a hotel in continental europe (a common problem all over london) breakfast was continental with no option for a full english one. the staff in the restaurant, as at the reception were bright, cheerful and helpful. our main gripe was the lack of a lift,(at least in the annexe, where we were staying). this is no joke with heavy luggage or for the elderly and should be taken into consideration when booking.
