Das Hotel, eine großzügige 5-Sterne, bietet seinen Gästen luxuriöse Einrichtungen wie modernen Health Club & Spa Piccadilly, einem großen Innenpool, einen Schönheitssalon, eine Loungebar, helle Lobby, Tagungs/Banketträume , ein Restaurant mit internationaler Küche, Squashplatz, Balkon für den... Not value for money at all!
Stayed for 2 days to attend a conference which was taking place there. even though my company is paying for the accommodation, i found the cost extremely high for what the hotel offered. the room was so small that the door would pump into the bed and would not open. i asked for a queen bed and i got two singles. room was not ready by 14:00 and was doubtful if it would be ready by 15:00 and had to demand for a room by 15:00 to get one, as i needed to change for work. the only window of the room was facing inside the hotel into the breakfast room! so curtains stayed shut throughout my stay and might as well had a room without a window as the curtains were blackouts.... breakfast was poor for the rate i was charged with a single egg choice of powder feeling scrambled eggs. i have experienced much better breakfasts than that. hotel is nightmare for luggage: up the lift, down 5 stairs, up 3 stairs, up 6 stairs.....it felt like a maze but in several levels. hotel was very clean and room service very good. reception was disappointing as it took for ever to check in and had to go back an hour later to get a key. i doubt if i will stay there again and would not recommend it to anybody.
