Très bon rapport qualité prix

Très bon rapport qualité prix. proche des parcs disney avec navette gratuite. espace de restauration pour le petit déjeuner vraiment bruyant ! et système de gestion de la file d'attente à revoir (beaucoup trop de monde).

Muy comodo

El hotel está muy cerca de disneyland paris, con unas comunicaciones excelentes, buen trato, habitaciones sin grandes lujos pero súper cómodas. el personal en todo momento encantador. deberían poner 2 toallas por huésped.

Hôtel très agréable à proximité de disneyland

Personnel très accueillant, bonne literie, chambre bien insonorisée, bar situé dans le hall de l'hôtel proposant petite restauration rapide et de très bon cocktails, restaurant sous forme de buffet avec un très grand choix de plats dont certains très savoureux. et cerise sur le gâteau, l'hôtel possède une petite animalerie très sympa et grâce à la gentillesse du personnel nous avons même eu la possibilité de nourrir les animaux. des navettes gratuites sont a disposition pour le trajet entre disneyland et l'hôtel.

Buona soluzione per un budget medio

L hotel è una buona soluzione per una fascia di prezzo media (o medio-bassa) nella zona di eurodisney, a pochi minuti di navetta gratuita dai parchi, anche se è sempre molto affollata negli orari di punta, e si sale solo a spintoni. le camere sono veramente molto pulite, ed in generale tutta la struttura, ho visto l inserviente aspirare addirittura le scale esterne! le stanze sono essenziali, senza mini frigo, e senza alcun prodotto da bagno, se non le sapinettine ed un

Cheap and good location but not the best

The hotel was okay, it was cheap and very close to the train station, and disneyland parks, however i had booked a double room with my wife, and they gave us 2 single beds, the sink was blocked, and the elevator was broken, meaning my pregnant wife had to climb a large set of stairs. the staff are polite, and there is a coach service to the park.

Très bon séjour

Excellent accueil bon rapport qualité / prix très bon petit déjeuner, il y a du sucré et du salé. seul petit bémol, prévoir du jus d'orange sans pulpe car les enfants n'aiment pas la pulpe. salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle (tout y est y compris sèche cheveux)

Volvería sin dudarlo, es económico y muy bien comunicado, la única pega es un poco más de limpieza en todo especialmente las mesas del desayuno están pegajosas y cambiar el buffet de vez en cuando siempre lo mismo cansa. por lo demás todo genial

Impeccable !

L'accueil était super. les chambres étaient impeccables. juste à proximité du parc disney. seul bémol, le petit déjeuner ! bien qu.en formule buffet et copieux, il était de qualité moyenne.

Un excellent souvenir de cette hôtel!

Nous avons dormi dans une chambre double la nuit du 9 novembre au 10. cet hôtel est idéalement situé près de disneyland ce qui est un énorme plus! excellent séjour, chambre spacieuse et propre . je recommande !

A giugno, in tre, siamo stati ospiti dell'hotel kyriad. conoscevamo gia' l'albergo: confortevole sotto vari punti di vista....ottimo servizio bus navetta per i parchi disney, buona colazione e buono il servizio reso dal personale. stanza pulita, cosi' pure il resto dell'hotel. ci torneremo....

Un felice soggiorno

Per dieci giorni abbiamo soggiornato al kyriad presso mahny le hongre. c'eravamo gia' stati e conoscevamo sia l'hotel che il luogo. sono stati giorni felici in totale relax ed un grazie lo voglio dire anche al personale dell'albergo.

Comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Kyriad hotel is the ideal base for disneyland paris. the staff are welcoming and friendly. they all seem to speak a few languages, so no need to worry if you can not speak french. the hotel is comfortable and clean. the bedrooms are just what you need for a family. they are clean and tidy, with a good shower and hair dryer in the bathroom. the restaurant can get busy in the mornings, but there are plenty of food choice. from full english breakfast to continental breakfast, or cereals. there is something for everyone. kyriad hotel has a free bus service to and from disneyland paris. this is very useful and saves having to find parking spaces at the park. i found this extremely useful. i would definitely stay at kyriad again.

Décevant

Le personnel à la réception comme au restaurant est très aimable, a l'écoute et serviable. cependant le gros point noir de cet hôtel est son entretien : moquettes des couloirs décollées et déchirées, revêtement mural de la chambre qui part en lambeaux, chauffage inutilisable car soufflant uniquement de l'air froid. de plus dans la sale de bain un panneau nous demande de ne mettre dans le lavabo que le linge de toilette à laver et de laisser le reste suspendu (dans un soucis d'économie d'énergie), ce que nous avons fait et notre linge a pourtant été totalement changé. c'est énervant ! toujours dans la sdb des affaires ont disparu (jetées ou volées ?) des étuis de brosse à dent et des produits cosmétiques petit format non vides entre autres ... un vrai manque de professionnalisme et de considération des clients. pour ne rien arranger nous avons séjourné dans une chambre donnant sur le parking donc assez bruyante avec le passage des véhicules jusque très tard le soir. difficile de se reposer après une bonne journée à disney ! la qualité de la nourriture est convenable (rien d'exceptionnel) le confort de la chambre est basique. bref, ayant séjourné dans d'autres hôtels kyriad et également dans d'autres enseignes d'un standing supposé identique nous sommes bien déçus des prestations de celui ci qui se repose clairement sur sa proximité de disney pour se remplir sans proposer des prestation à la hauteur !!! a quasiment 90€ la nuit (et encore en ayant profité d'un tarif moins cher sur internet) c'est presque honteux !

Una vacanza a disneyland

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre presso il kiriad hotel e posso dire che non é andata malaccio. ci siamo stati in tutto sette notti (frazionando il soggiorno in tre parti per via della ridotta diponibilità delle camere triple). purtroppo il neo della vacanza é stata la scarsa frequenza del bus navetta per e da i parchi (da un minimo di dieci minuti ad un massimo venticinque minuti circa), a differenza dello scorso anno che invece veniva garantita la presenza del bus ogni cinque minuti. i bus, essendo pochi, erano stracarichi e, per quei fortunati che riuscivano a salire, erano garantiti litigi, spintoni e quant'altro.

Décevant

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel du 01-02/05 et l'état général de l'hôtel laisse franchement à désirer. dans la sdb de l'humidité, champignons compris, réparations dans la chambre style bricolage, insonorisation inexistante chambre-couloir. la propreté dans la salle où se prenait le petit déjeuner aie aie aie.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 giorni all'hotel per visitare disneyland. comoda la navetta che collega l'hotel ai parchi e alla stazione (sia tgv che treno rer). la camera era piccolina, ma non necessitavamo di niente di più. avremmo preferito una doccia alla vasca da bagno, ma non è stato un problema. il personale è stato gentile, nulla da ridire. se si seguono le indicazioni sulle fasce d'orario consigliate per la colazione non si hanno problemi a trovare un tavolo libero. un piccolo suggerimento per la colazione: offrire qualcosa per i celiaci/intolleranti al glutine, ma in francia abbiamo notato che non c'è ancora molta conoscenza sull'argomento.

Soggiorno prenatalizio al kyriad

Poco prima di natale abbiamo soggiornato (in due) all'hotel kyriad. in un primo tempo ci é stata assegnata una stanza il cui bagno aveva gli scarichi non funzionanti ed avevamo la "piacevole" compagnia di una probabile scolaresca composta un un indefinibile numero di ragazzi abbastanza chiassosi. dopo le nostre lamentele, il giorno dopo siamo stati spostati nella struttura "centrale" dell'albergo e ci hanno dato una stanza piccola. il letto matrimoniale era poggiato per una parte al muro, per cui senza un punto per poter riporre le cose più elementari che di solito poggiamo su un comodino prima di addormentarci (occhiali, libro, fazzoletti e quant'altro). inoltre mia moglie, coricata dalla parte del muro, era costretta a "scivolare" sul letto al fine di poter scendere dallo stesso. la camera era dotata di una tv i cui canali erano sintonizzati, manco a dirlo, sulle reti straniere (ovviamente francesi, inglesi, russe, austriache e spagnole) e malgrado abbia chiesto la cortesia di sintonizzare la tv su una rete nazionale italiana, la richiesta é caduta nel vuoto più assoluto, in pratica la mia richiesta non é stata presa assolutamente in considerazione. comunque devo ringraziare una ragazza italiana della reception la quale ha saputo gestire con pazienza e cortesia la "sparizione" ed il successivo "ritrovamento" di un oggetto di mia proprietà dalla stanza assegnataci la prima volta. putroppo un ulteriore neo devo segnalarlo: é mancato tanto il bollitore un tempo in dotazione nelle camere del kyriad, molto utile per la preparazione di una bevanda calda soprattutto al rientro da una giornata passta al freddo.

Fantastic value for money

Great location - perfect for families

Spent two nights here in order to visit disneyland. great location, free shuttle bus which was a bonus. the breakfast was included in our deal, there was plenty on offer, cereal, toast, fruit, pastries etc. the coffee was fantastic. we ate here on our arrival and the food was perfectly acceptable and plentiful - of course the kids just ate the nuggets, chips and pizza. the room itself was clean, a bit on the small size for 4 occupants but we hardly spent any time in there so was not an issue. the bathroom was clean with a very cute little bath and the shower was very powerful with plenty of hot water. staff at reception were very helpful, the dining and bar staff were very friendly. cannot fault this hotel - i had read a few negative reviews before we arrived so i was a little apprehensive but i would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wanting to visit disneyland.

Estupenda estancia

Nos ha sorprendido gratamente este hotel. no esperábamos la calidad con el bajo precio que nos costó. a pesar de ser agosto, los autobuses pasaban con frecuencia y no había largas colas ni esperas. llegábamos al parque en 10-15 minutos. la habitación era estupenda y el desayuno bastante bien, aunque poco variado. lo único a mejorar sería el aforo del comedor. poner algunas mesas mas afuera para estar mas cómodos. el personal muy amable. gracias por todo.

First time in kyriad disney

Good hotel, rooms small but everything inside, free wifi in the room which is great. tv good. lovely area. great free busservice to disney/trainstation. first time visit but will return when we visit disney again. breakfast is ok, but long queues to get in the restaurant despite "passes" with time printed on it. when inside restaurant plates/cutlery not available and sometimes the bread not available. when you have time enough you don't mind, but when in a hurry this is not good.

Viaggio nella " magia " ...

Conoscevo già questa struttura. nonostante un pò lontano dai parchi, è ben collegato con navetta gratuita che serve tutti gli hotel che si trovano appena fuori dall'area disney. molto pulito, molto accogliente, buona colazione ma sopratutto ottimo prezzo il ché non guasta....
