This hotel was amazing!! excellent customer service, very clean rooms etc. very good location, only 15 minute walk to centre where you will be able to catch a bus to go site seeing. also they provid a shuttle service which is very kind of them to do free of charge! highly recommended.

I stayed over night at this hotel, with my wife, after travelling to brussels on the eurostar. i found the hotel to be clean and well appointed, the reception staff were very helpful and spoke very good english. the room had a double bed, which was on the firm side, and this was fine for me as i prefer that. the bathroom included soaps and shower gels, the shower was clean and powerful. at the time of booking we were told that there would be a cold buffet breakfast, but were surprised to find a selection of cooked breakfast available. the only downside was that we were asked for a credit card or 50 euro deposit against any incurred costs. i did not have a credit card with me and as this was only an overnight stay i had only 100 euro on me for the entire trip. my debit card was accepted.

Best location, just 5 minutes walk from tram stop(thomas) where you can reach by tram to center and main train stations in few minutes. and 10 minutes walk from brussels nord station. very big rooms and good price.

The location is good very quite .. the staff are very friendly and the hotel clean and smells really good.,next time i go to brussels this is the hotel i will definitely stay and the price is very reasonable ..

Sono stato dall' 8 all' 11 febbraio 2010 e devo dire che e' un albergo che e' piacuto molto sia a me, che a mia moglie e mio figlio. sono stato in una camera matrimoniale standard e devo dire che sono stato una favola. pulizia, cambio di ascigamani ogni giorno, bagno con vasca, provvista di tv(purtroppo con un solo canale in italiano) e di cassaforte. riscaldamento ottimo. l'unica pecca che non c'era il minibar in camera, ma non fa nulla. colazione a buffet continentale spettacolare, con ogni tipo di cosa(uova, bacon, salsiccia, funghi, affettati, formaggi, yogurt, latte, the', cioccolato, cornetti, toast, saccottini al cioccolato, nutella, miele, marmellata, frutta, macedonia, di tutto e di piu' fino a quando non eri sazio). ci sono due ristoranti e un bar, dove devo dire che si puo' tranquillamente andare senza spendere cifre esorbitanti. es. una birra da 0,50 per 6,00 euro o una coca cola alla spina 3,00 euro non sono assai credo. ps un consiglio, se dovete andare da gare du midi prendete la linea(t3, t4, ecc...) che vi porta a gare du nord da qui infatti saranno 600/700 metri circa 6/7 minuti al max a piedi. dalla metro di rogier e' piu' distante.

L'albergo non è male ma il prezzo è sproporzionato in piu fanno pagare una tassa di 5 non dichiarata è aggiunta all'ultima senza preavviso.sul voucer c'era scritto tasse incluse ma sul posto ti aggiungono questa tassa.la reception è di una lentezza esasperante 20 min per il check in .
