Buon hotel ma da ristrutturare

La struttura vive ancora di rendita sui fasti del passato, si vede che era un buon quattro stelle (specie negli spazi comuni) quando è stato costruito: ora per meritarsele davvero, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato o perlomeno rinfrescato. la colazione non è male ma scordatevi di bere un buon caffè al mattino. il personale non è molto cortese. comunque tuttosommato un buon soggiorno, posizione strategica vicino ai trasporti, metro (linea1) e vari bus. vicino a vari locali e ristoranti.

Buena ubicación y precio.

El hotel, como se ve en las fotos, tiene unos años pero esta bien conservado y limpio. no tuve problemas para dormir, no noté ningún ruido, salvo lo típico cuando la gente comienza a levantarse. el personal muy atento y más que correcto. además nos dejaron utilizar el garaje hasta la hora de irnos sin cobrarnos más (gracias). el desayuno es flojito pero támpoco se puede pedir más por ese precio y en esa zona. en general bastante bién.

El hotel esta bien situado y el precio es ajustado. las habitaciones son antiguas y necesitarian una reforma, asi como la decoración y el mobiliario.

Muy buen hotel!

Buen hotel, gran atención, muy limpio, la habitación algo pequeña (era una individual) pero limpia, la tele algo desfasada y no se veia bien pero tampoco es que me importase mucho, por lo demas todo excelente, la recepción y el trato impecable, muy limpio, todo perfecto.

Gran atalanta, madrid - situated in the business district in madrid

First off this is not a 4* hotel as advertised. zero services provided by hotel. whilst clean the rooms reminded me of my visist to siberia 25 years ago - small narrow and drab decoration. beds uncomfortable - everything old and tired. asked for an iron - scowling harridan brought up an iron - asked if there was a board? she shrugged and said no table but gave me a folded sheet to put on the dresser! breakfast stale bread and corissants. limited manky fruit. no meusli. self service tea and coffee from communal pots - the tea pot was simply topped up with hot water - have no idea how long the bags had been in there but guess the same 4 bags service 4 pot fulls. appreciate there are serious social hardships in spain right now but i do feel if you pay and sign up to go to 4* hotel you are entitled to the service you expect of that rating.

Madrid hotel

This hotel is excellent to stay in ,it's very clean and tidy if you want to go and see real madrid play its very close to the ground and it's great location for catching the bus or tube to see the sites of madrid .great price for a room with breakfast well recommended

Muy bien

La leche y los zumos en el desayuno estaban en jarras y las ivan sacando y lenando no en las maquinas y lo cojes directamente, por tanto el zumo estaba caliente y la leche tibia. pero por todo lo demas genial super genial.

Good quiet hotel

This hotel is near round the corner from the no. 5 bus stop whick takes you directly into chamartin station and also down to puerto del sol. it is slightly old fashioned, but is comfortable, and very quiet. restaurant should be opened up with more seats and tables when full.

Gran hotel atlanta, madrid

El hotel no es es nada del otro mundo, le sobran estrellas. la habitacion en medio zulo. tiene moqueta y tiene mucho polvo, las cortinas tambien son horrorosas. lo mejor la situacion. para 1 ó 2 nohes no esta mal, pero solo para dormir y ducharse. y tambien las paredes son muy finas se escuchan a los vecinos.

Hotel gran atlanta madrid

L'unico neo che ho riscontrato è stato non trovare la culla per mio figlio regolarmente indicata al momento della prenotazione. quando siamo arrivati in hotel ci è stato detto che non avevano culle per bambini piccoli ma solo terzi letti da aggiungere a quelli matrimoniali, pertanto ho dovuto far dormire i miei due bambini piccoli insieme nello stesso letto. avrei gradito esserne informata prima del pagamento effettuato tramite internet al momento della prenotazione in cui mi era stata confermata sia la culla che il terzo letto. per il resto la posizione è perfetta per girare la città con la metro ed è vicina a negozi e servizi. lo consiglio caldamente alle famiglie che vogliono soggiornare in centro avendo tutte le comodità a portata di mano ma non avere il caos tipico della movida (poichè è una strada laterale)

Real madriad with the kids

We used the hotel as our base for a visit that centred around a real madrid match. the location was excellent in a quiet area. the hotel rooms, staff and food were all very good. would have no problem in recommending this hotel.

Cuatro estrellas que se queda corto

El estado del hotel, en general, está bien. pero, creo, no para disponer de 4 estrellas. baño en buen estado y correcto. habitación pequeña pero correcta. climatización nefasta y ruido exterior en el patio. bien comunicado en metro, aunqueen zona poco atractiva de madrid.

Nice hotel but not worthy of 4 stars (uk standards!)

The hotel is quite basic in terms of what is available in the room, ie. no tea/coffee making facilities, only euro sport english channel/low cost toiletries, but the location of the hotel is fantastic if you're planning on watching madrid play football at home. the metro is really easy to fathom and the hotel is only a short walk from two metro stations. the breakfast was basic but good (really busy at the weekends so watch for the waiter coming out of the kitchen with a full tray before making your move!). with regard to the staff and checking in service, everything was great. nice, friendly chamber maids and rooms were spotlessly clean. my advice would be to definately book the hotel if you're on a jolly weekend with girls/guys but if it's an upmarket romantic weekend away, probably keep looking.

Gran atlanta madrid

Excellent stay. the hotel was clean & tidy and in a great area of madrid (no tourist traps near, and close to the metro). staff were very friendly and helpful at the desk. sorted my booking out without fuss. took care of my bags (no damage to them etc) and put it in the room for me. value for money, and no complaints. will use the hotel again when next in madrid. very close to r. madrid for the football fan also.
