Hotel posto in zona semi-periferica ma vicino alla metropolitana (porte de montreuil). su "hotelsclick" mi è stata assegnata una stanza "premium", e in effetti sono stato sistemato in una ampia camera angolare con due letti singoli e un divano letto. il piano in cui ho soggiornato è stato ristrutturato di recente e presenta tutte le caratteristiche di un tre stelle. il prezzo non è propriamente economico, ma a parigi si trova poco a una tariffa inferiore.

Près de 2 lignes de métro, au calme, j'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre relativement grande par rapport à mon dernier séjour où la chambre était vraiment petite avec très peu de rangement.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, proche de tout, notamment du tramway, du métro. tout n'est pas parfait à cause de la vétusté de l'hôtel mais l'ensemble est correct. des travaux sont prévus dans l'hôtel en 2014 petit déjeuner copieux, personnel sympathique. j'avais demandé une chambre au calme et même si elle donnait sur la rue , c'était calme chambre seul un peu petite, mais quand c'est pour dormir, c'est ok ! pas de placard mais pour 3 nuits je me suis débrouillée

There's only one complaint. i booked five nights at comfort davout nation, but when we arrived, they sent us another hotel, mr.bed and said we had to stay there two nights and come back to comfort davout nation. we were okay about it at first, but when we got mr.bed hotel, we were kinda upset. the room was so tiny and stuffy..it was like a bad dormitary room! and i saw other guests complained about this at the reception. now i guess it's some kinda of policy so that they can offer a good price. why anyone did not tell us in advance that we were supposed to spend two nights in that bad room? i wouldn't have been so upset if i only knew we were going to go to another hotel. it cost us extra taxi fee and all the effort - packing and unpacking stuffs. if anybody wants to book comfort davout nation, i'd like to tell that the hotel itself and its managers are great, but they might get you in another hotel(probably not better one).

We've got everything what we expected for our money. nice, clean room with bathroom, fulfilling breakfast, etc. could not complain. if ou are that type of tourist who does sightseeing all day and you need accommodation this is a very good place to stay! the metrso or bus stop only few minutes away!

La posizione è ottima per andare in centro, a circa 150 mt c'è la stazione della metro e a 50 mt ci sono 2 supermarket per fare la spesa. il personale è amichevole ma le camere sono un po' piccoline. la tv non ha il telecomando e c'è un solo ascensore che è spesso e volentieri occupato. la colazione offre ben poco. comunque è buono il rapporo qualita'/prezzo.

La télévison n'aviat pas de télécommande et le bouton de changement de chaine sur le poste de télévision c'est cassé ! le dssus de lt aurait mérité un nettoyage hôtel calme assez bien situé confortable très bien hormis les deux petits désagrements cités plus haut

Service très minimum et peu de convivialité / ascenseur énervant (petit et utilisé par le service, du coup on peut attendre 5 voire 10 min!) / situation idéale pour le métro notamment avec la ligne 9 / le quartier n'est pas vraiment bien fréquenté...

Family of four stayed here for 5 nites in jan. hotel was not as good as it was made out on the internet. area wasnt very nice. rooms were small with no fridge, could hardley open door to bathroom. on the plus side, it was cheap, some staff were nice, some were not. if you are looking for a quiet, basic, cheap place to stay and you dont mind travelling 30 mins into the city centre on train then this is it.it was warm and clean. we had just come from italy and hong kong and the standard there was much much better. family from australia.
