Tras búsqueda en diferentes web, encontré el hotel ayre, a dos días de realizar el viaje, buen precio, localización junto estación de metro y buenos comentarios de los usuarios me decidieron a reservar. tras la estancia confirmo la impresión general de los comentarios de los usuarios del hotel. buenos servicios, limpieza, atención del personal, ubicación tranquila y cercana a línea de metro. ideal para un viaje económico y tranquilo.

.......se volete andare a madrid ....prenotate l'ayre gran hotel colon!!! ottimo albergo a 4 stelle con un ricevimento super...massima disponibilita' nel dare informazioni e molto professionali. la mia camera nell'edificio europa piccola, ( armadio piccolo ) ma confortevole...doccia favolosa e number 418 in posizione muy silenziosa!! della colazione non posso dire niente, in quanto non era compresa nel pacchetto....posizione taxi sotto l'albergo stesso...specie per il ritorno in aeroporto e a 2 passi dalla fermata della metro sainz de baranda!!!! che dire di piu'??? nb. madrid: andateci!!!!

Hotel with a minimalist, but interesting design, smooth, clean and tight on its aspect. rooms are functional, but of limited space. bathroom with high standards, but missing a bath. good facilities. the caffetteria and restaurant area offers comfort and a nice outfit with a refreshing garden. personals efficient and kind give you a plesabt staying.

I stayed in this hotel with a friend for 5 nights. in general the hotel is very good, however we had some problems in reception as initially we were sent to a different floor and later we found we had a double bed instead of twins. the hotel is adverting that there is wifi in all areas but the internet was occasionally working only in the reception area, this is a very negative point for a hotel that also has many business clients. the hotel is just outside the historic centre of madrid so the best option to move is the metro which is very close. however, i would recommend if you stay there to walk towards retiro park and then the centre of the city. breakfast was relative good with many options. there is no foreign channels on the tv. i would recommend this hotel but not if you really need to use the internet.

Un hotel bellissimo e senza pecche! ho soggiornato nell'edificio america con assoluta soddisfazione... personale discreto e disponibile, camere moderne e pulitissime come il resto della struttura! ottima anche la colazione e la posizione (a 10 minuti a piendi dal parco del retiro e a 100 metri dalla metro). lo consiglio caldamente!!!!!!

Well located - about 20 minutes walk to the centre of madrid. well located in terms of the metro. also close to big park. convenient to local shpos and alos a few pubs nearby hotel is comfortable, clean and spacious and reletavely new. modern and light. breakfast was adequate - although eggs could have been prepared on demand, rather then placed on a dish.
