L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione per poter visitare i siti più' importanti di roma. il personale e' gentile ma un problema relativo al malfunzionamento della tv non è' mai stato risolto. i servizi extra come il wifi e la colazione sono a pagamento. gli arredamenti sono antichi e poco funzionali.

A clean, friendly hotel. very close to main railway & bus station ("termini"). most of rome is walkable from there.

The hotel has a very convenient location for those who want to explore rome. however, the quality of the rooms and the services is too poor for the price. during my stay, there was only cool water most of the time. cleanliness in the rooms was not sufficient; i saw the cleaning lady one day to throw the blankets on the floor while fixing the bed and then turning them back for us to use them. breakfast is very simple for the price.

This hotel shouldn't be rated as a 4* hotel. my boyfriend and i stayed there for 4 days. our room was small, really small (it was clean though). bathroom was very small also. breakfast... no comment!! we were given a room at the second floor, and it was really noisy (we were waked up every morning by the cleaning women - they started to clean rooms upstairs very early - and every night by our american "friends" that were staying in the room facing ours and came back every morning at 3). so... if you book this hotel bring ear plugs..just in case). staff at the reception seemed really unfriendly, especially one blonde we meet the day of our arrival. i think the only pro of this hotel it's its location... maybe we were just unlucky, maybe this hotels has better rooms, i don't know... but i definitely wouldn't recommend it and we won't go there again... ever!

Soggiorno positivo, l'hotel è ok, la posizione la pulizia ecc. l'unica osservazione è che forse la camera 225 che ci hanno assegnato non è una de-luxe come era scritto nella prenotazione, ma andava bene lostesso e non abbiamo reclamato.
