Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 al 30 aprile 2017 in questo hotel, siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti a cominciare dal l'accoglienza che è stata più che gentile. la camera era ampia e silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza della ferrovia. il personale molto disponibile e cortese. spero di ritornarci.

Ho pernottato 2 notti in questo hotel in occasione di un weekend a venezia con la mia famiglia, mi è stato consigliato da mio fratello che lo usa molto spesso per lavoro. ottimo 4 stelle, staff molto gentile e professionale, camere spaziose e pulite, colazione abbondante e varia. e' situato di fronte la stazione di venezia mestre quindi comodossimo per raggiungere venezia in treno in 10 minuti, altrimenti, sempre di fronte l'hotel, c'è l'autobus che vi porta a venezia in 15 minuti. sono sicura che se dovessi tornare a venezia sceglierei di nuovo questa struttura!

Hallo, wir haben das hotel für 2 tage gebucht, haben ein zimmer im 7 stock gebucht. das zimmer war nicht so groß, kein wasserkocher, kleiner kühlschrank. die bettwäsche war dreckig, die wand war auch nicht gerade frisch- sehr viele flecken. morgens um 8-8:30 war es recht voll beim frühstück, kaum freie sitzplätze, zum essen gab es auch nicht so viel. als wir am nächten tag kurz vor 7 uhr beim frühstück waren, war es besser, viele sitzplätze, man konnte noch etwas zum essen finden. im saal überwiegend chinesen :) mit ihren handys...machten die ganze zeit fotos vom essen. alleine die lage ist sehr gut- bus nr2 direkt nach venedig, flixbus hat dort auch seine haltestelle.

Un piacevole pernottamento in una struttura ben tenuta ed accogliente. ottima per posizione, in fronte alla stazione ffs di mestre. risveglio con una ricca ed abbondante colazione....per ripartire alla grande!

Utilizzato anche in passato, offre un'ottima sistemazione a prezzi interessantissimi. il personale è estremamente gentile. ottima la colazione e le camere sono dotate di ogni comfort.

The bathroom was not in good condition. toilet flush can't be stopped. bath itself and foset looks like they never clean it. very poor breakfast.

Hotel comodissimo per la posizione (si trova di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di mestre, basta attraversare la strada). la camera era pulita e anche confortevole. colazione buona ed abbondante, staff gentile. insomma, un hotel super consigliato! ci tornerei volentieri.

4 star hotel? seriously think again before booking this hotel. the room is dirty and filled with dust. mould in the bathroom with dampness smells. curtains look like thry are from the 70's. carpet has stains everywhere and is worn out. no coffee making facilities in the room, nor an iron and ironing board. reception staff were rude and unattentive. swipe card for my door wouldn't work so i went down to reception where i was told that there was nothing wrong with the card. after 10 min of discussing the issue they agreed to senf someone to look at it. turns out the door mechanism was faulty. no apology. nothing. breakfast...hmm give it a miss. very low quality food. overall i dont known how they can rate themselves a 4 star hotel. in my hoest opinion i have stayed in better and cleaner 2 star hotels.

This hotel is located in a very strategic spot. it is just in front of the train and the bus station, in this way you can go to venice very easily. the room was just perfect, very clean e comfortable, the guys at the reception were kind and they took care of my inquiries. also breakfast was good. everything perfect with this hotel!

Rispetto a precedenti soggiorni ho rilevato che gli accessori tendono a scarseggiare (nella singola niente accappatoio, niente ciabatte, soltanto una bustina con poche gocce di bagnoschiuma e una minuscola saponetta). per il resto personale preparato e disponibile, colazione nella media, buona la posizione.0ttima la pulizia.

Hotel pulito, qualche piccola disfunzione tollerabile, personale gentile, posizione ottima per la stazione, zona per altro non bellissima e caotica come traffico e l'hotel non ha un parcheggio proprio. colazione nella media.

This hotel not only offered the very best in service and luxury but the convenience was second to none. with only a 2 minute walk to the station at a cost of 1 euro to venice with trains every few minutes or you could go by bus just outside the station.
