We stayed for one night at the park plaza sherlock holmes as part of my birthday treat as we were going to see robbie williams at the palladium. the room was lovely and spacious and have everything that we could possibly need including enough room in the wardrobe to hang my long cocktail dress.

Ma fille et moi avons séjourné 5 jours mi-janvier. nous sommes pleinement satisfaites de notre séjour. un léger problème de bruit la première nuit dû à la clim et le lendemain on nous a proposé une autre chambre supérieure. l'acueil à la réception est très bien ainsi que le concierge. petit déjeuner simple (pain, croissants, viennoiseries, charcuteries, oeufs, salade de fruits.... avec thé ou café). ma fille avait perdu ses gants dans le lobby le jour du départ. elle s'est mise en rapport avec la réception. les gants avaient été retrouvés et lui ont été renvoyés sans frais quelques jours plus tard. le bus passe devant l'hôtel et le tube est à 100 mètres environ.

Hotel was fine for one night stay. the staff were friendly and helpful. the only down side was the heating in the rooms. in winter there is only hot air blown into the room which means that the only way to cool the room down is to open a window. this makes it noisy due to location if facing the roads. we went for one night stay but if you were going for longer and had mild weather the rooms wouold get very hot.

The hotel is in a very good location, with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. the room was small,as central london hotel rooms usually are, but there was something wrong with the heating system. the temperature went up to 40 degrees on the thermostat, and someone had to come in and fix it. at 3-30am we were woken by people in the street doing deliveries to a local shop, and there was a lot of shouting. the breakfast was good.

Just stayed one night was a lovely hotel.rooms were clean and comfortable staff friendly and all round a very enjoyable stay with a suberb location 5 mins from tube

Hotels in london can be disappointing, bland and overpriced. i spend a significant amount of time on business in hotels all over the world so after a while they all look the same. london is usually poor. you open the door to your room, fall over the bed and out the window - the rooms are that small. this hotel is better than most, the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms are just a little bit above the normal. this is our second stay and we will go back.
