Aircon is leaking!!!

I am glad that i only stay for 1 night!!(room534) the blanket was stain, the toilet floor was dirty and the light is dim. the worst is the aircon keep leaking! i had read some review that their air-con was not cold and i specially reminded the reception while checking-in, she assure me that this room was fine. about 10pm, the water stay to dip from the ceiling light (refer pic), isn't it dangerous!! its may cause fire breakout or worse we get electric shock. the technician came to repair the air-con for about an hour. the room was so stuffy that i could hardly breathe. after repairing, unexpectedly its stay to leak again in the middle of the night. as i nearly fall down from a pool of water. this is a very bad experience to have in a 4* star international hotel. i am disappointed with novotel batam.
