Sehr gutes hotel, zentral gelegen. der empfang war etwas kühl; ansonsten sehr hilfsbereites personal. hilfe kommt sofort, wenn mal etwas kaputt ist. das hotel ist etwas in die jahre gekommen, ist aber gut in stand gehalten und sehr sauber. aus meiner sicht ist es aber nicht, nötig, die handtücher und duschgels etc. täglich auszuwechseln. die meisten hotels überlassen es dem gast, ob er diese auswechseln lassen will. wäre etwas umweltfreundlicher.

I had stayed first time.but nice location,nice receptioner,and nice break first. actualy, "cold buffet"style but i'm satisfied with this buffet.it's enough me.but, not good room's smell.most of people were smoking in this room.i don't know another room,but i don't recomend this room.

I was really very dissappointed with my stay at the normandy hotel. eventhough i stayed there once again,some 4and a half years ago with a friend and were not pleased at all, i did not have any other choice this time, and really thought that during the last years things must have been improved. well, they have not even a bit. at first they gave me a room that looked like a little "store room", not hotel room, i emphasize that. i was really upsed and asked the receptionist to give me another room. initially he said there were no rooms available... since i insisted, a room was found to be available,defenetly much better,with all the discomforts though that you find in all the normandy hotels.ie.shower with no showe door,window 5cm behind toiled that obviously cannot be opened etc. no hot water on the first night. . . !!! no one said"we are sorry",instead when i asked for the thirt time in two hours "what will now happen?" the answer i got "what do you want me to do?" !!! there was a technical problem they said.... that was enough!
