Not a great hotel def wouldn’t go back again dated old fashioned can’t get basic service right door men are useless management aren’t great staff need basic customer service check in takes approx 30-45 mins.

Great location - good value. i am not sure if it is 4 stars when you compare against hotels in the world such as the hotel splendid in portofino, italy.

Enjoyed stay daughter 13 years old loved the burger joint,columnsand high ceiling in reception area=very grand. i enjoyed normas(smoothie taster excellent and orange juice).it would have been good to have had a more cosy lounge area.
