I have been staying in newcastle while my mother is in hospital and have been juggling hotels for the best value i found this hotel to be very accomadating. the room was very nice and very clean all the staff went out of there way to make me feel welcome being on my own in a strange town i have been feeling a bit uncomfortable in some places i have been staying in here i felt very safe. the breakfast was very nice and was included in the price, i have managed to book this hotel for a second visit and again at a very good price.
