Resort di bassa qualità. ho passato qui una notte e il prezzo non vale assolutamente la qualità del resort. senza acqua calda nella doccia, abbiamo posto il problema alla reception e nessuno ci ha risolto il disguido. cibo discreto, stesse cose da mangiare a pranzo e cena. e sorpresa finale le formiche in bagno al risveglio la mattina. se volete passare una notte in un resort per rilassarci assolutamente non scegliete questo!

We are a swedish couple, 30 years old and spent 4 nights here. we have never been to an all-inclusive hotel before and didnt have very high expectations. we paid around 100 usd per doubleroom/night and we think it was a good deal. the hotel looks a little bit old in some places (under renovation) but nice enough with two enjoyable poolareas. the beach is beautiful but not fantastic with crystal clear waters. the buffetfood is pretty tame but the a'la carte restaurants are ok. the pianobar is lovely with great musicians and fantastic drinks! the little "plaza -bar" also has great coffee and snacks and is a nice place to hang around. the nightshows varied from terrible to ok. all in all it was a relaxing end to our trip despite feeling a bit misplaced around all the noisy canadian charter-tourists ;) its a little bit of a trekk to get here if you dont fly. viazul bus to ciego de avila and then taxi to the resort, the taxi should be around 50-60 usd/car, one way, and takes about 1 hour.
