Chic, classy and comfortable rooms with a good level of comfort. hotel attendants were attentive and helpful at all times. only slight downside for me is housekeeping bot every day.

Ottimo soggiorno, albergo che merita, sia per l'ottima posizione a due passi dalle maggiori attrazioni e snodo di parecchi mezzi trasposto. il personale è gentile, discreto, preparato. l'ambiente è accogliente, pulito e ben tenuto.

Room was renovated with new furniture it was very luxurous because all was new there were some practical things missing like brackets for the towels in the kitchen in the closet there were no boards enough plenty of boards in the bathroom toilet and bathroom separate is nice

My husband+i had previously stayed at the citadines and found it a wonderful experience. you had the security of a hotel and the freedom to come and go as you please. on this occasion it was a treat to spend time with my daughter who wanted to see the art exhibitions in both the tate modern+the tate britain. location was wonderful, rooms cosy+clean. having a kitchen was a bonus. the staff were friendly+helpful and hopefully we will get a chance to visit again.

The location is wonderfull staff is friendly and problems were solved very quickly kitchen in a separate room
