Prima volta a vienna

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino a tram e treni. è molto semplice raggiungere i punti di interesse della città. personale davvero cordiale e premuroso, ci hanno tenuto i trolley ben protetti solo perché abbiamo detto che contenevano dolci tipici del posto. la stanza situata al terzo piano era più che sufficientemente spaziosa, meglio di altri hotel di pari categoria in altre città europee. una menzione speciale la merita la colazione, dolce e salato in abbondanza, nel nostro caso prediligiamo il salato e abbiamo trovato affettati, formaggi, frittata, uova sode, pane di diverse qualità, bacon, würstel, ect. in un bel ambiente in stile tirolese. prezzo del soggiorno ragionevole. ci torneremo volentieri.

Schöner aufenthalt

Schöner kurztrip in wien. im hotel hat alles tadelos geklappt, die mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das frühstück war gut. die dusche fällt sehr klein aus, ansonsten war auch das zimmer dem preis angemessen.

Hotel mit interessantem ambiente, einzelzimmer mit ausreichendem platzangebot

Kompaktes einzel-zimmer in der 6. etage ohne klimatisierung. zur zeit der hitzewelle recht heiss trotz geöffnetem fenster. fenster liegt zu einer vielbefahrenen straße, doch am wochenende erstaunlich ruhig. probleme bei der duscharmatur. bar und restaurant im haus. verkehrsgünstige lage zum nahverkehr und zahlreichen einkaufsmöglichkeiten. probleme bei der duscharmatur (entweder heiss oder kalt). perfektes frühstücksbüffet, jedoch recht eng und zeitweise geknäuelt. der recht späte beginn des frühstücks um 6:30 für werksreisende eher hinderlich. ansonsten trotz der geringen größe ein ideales zimmer für alleinreisende und geschäftsleute.

Günstiges hotel mit besonderem ambiente in guter lage

Bei diesem hotel passt das preis-leistungs-verhältnis in jedem fall. innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. bahnhof und busbahnhof sind nicht weit entfernt. frühstück war vielseitig, gut und in jedem fall ausreichend. der empfang war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. man konnte per visacard bezahlen. das alpenländische ambiente sorgt für einen besonderen flair. die zimmer wirken etwas altbacken, sind jedoch groß genug und sauber. das bade und insbesondere die duschen sind sehr klein.

Gute lage

Das hotel befindet sich gerade in einer umbauphase. die zimmer sind sehr alt und abgewohnt. der empfang lässt aber erahnen, wie es sich die nächste zeit entwickeln wird. der service der mitarbeiter war toll.

Good location and great breakfast

Good hotel for short-term break. great breakfast and only 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. the hotel is not brand new, only lobby/reception area are renovated in rustical style. rooms and especially bathrooms are little bit small but adequate for a few nights. we have found parking space on the street which is free during weekends.

A perfect stay

We were 3 (my daughter 19 years old, my husband and i) and we all felt very well. the check-in was quick, the rooms were clean and spacious. the breakfast was rich and with a great variety. we ate dinner at the restaurant and the traditional austrian dishes were very tasty. in short a perfect stay.

Empfehlenswertes hotel

Zentrales hotel, gut angebunden an die öffentlichen verkehrsmittel wiens. nähe hauptbahnhof. freundliche hotelmitarbeiter, 24 std. check in !! die zimmer sind zweckmäßig, nicht sehr modern aber sauber. gutes preis-leistung-verhältnis. wir vermissten bei den heißen temperaturen leider einen kleinen kühlschrank. würden aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Suitable hotel to stay in vienna

We have stayed at artis hotel two times before this year's stay and we always liked it a lot. it is perfectly situated for visiting vienna (tram 71 will take you to rathaus in less than 20 min) and as well for a delicious lunch/ dinner at salm brau (which is the reason we have chosen this hotel in the first place). and after a long stroll in beautiful vienna's christmas markets you can enjoy a beer in hotel's lobby served by a very friendly and professional staff. i would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a fair quality for the paid price.

If i return to wien i wouldn't stay here again

November and the central heating wasn't working. the rooms were dusty. the personal at reception no helpful at all. breakfast very poor and low quaility. reasonable price but still thinking you can find much better things int the same category.

Ottima la posizione; facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione della s e u e da varie fermate bus e tram! ottima la colazione: a buffet, sempre rifornita, dolce e salata, caldo e freddo, in una bella sala luminosa e pulita ottimo il servizio: staff disponibile e sorridente, hanno risposto alle mie mail prima dell'arrivo e assegnato la camera al piano alto come richiesto, disponibilità deposito bagagli gratuito dopo il check out ottima la camera; profumava di nuovo, biancheria pulita, tv moderna, letto e cuscino comodo (per quanto possono esserlo in nord europa: piumino !) per "meritare" le 4 stelle: una palestra o migliori spazi comuni, cibo più tipico e più home-made a colazione, arredi migliori, wifi nelle camere, un pacchetto tv con le straniere o cinema o sport, miglior insonorizzazione delle camere, e soprattutto la possibilità di regolare la temperatura della propria stanza (era caldissimo!!) non provato il ristorante nè il bar, visti i prezzi (un cappuccino 3 €)

A pleasent stay with affordable price

It is a nice hotel with affordable price (a room for two was cheaper than in any hostel in vienna). good breakfast, very clean. the only thing that bothered me was that you could hear everything that was happening on the hallway in front of the room (and some people were waking up and making noise very early in the morning:().

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

A 50 metri la fermata del tram 71 (x il centro).stazione metro a 200 metri, da dove è possibile prendere qualsiasi direzione x la città. a 300 metri dal belvedere che custodisce nelle proprie sale il capolavoro di klimt "the kiss". ottima soluzione per il rapporto qualità/prezzo e x la gentilezza dimostrata dagli addetti della reception. camere buone nei limiti di un'accettabile stato di manutenzione. molto bella la hall e le sale per la buona colazione.

Good hotel but not 4*

The location was good - between airport and vienna center. about 20 minutes by train from airport and about 5 minutes to the ring by tram. but the hotel overall is not 4*. it is a typical 3 star hotel, not more. the toilet room was small, the equipment was rather old.

Una buona soluzione

A 300 metri dal belvedere è un'ottima scelta per chi vuol visitare il centro distante tre fermate del tram 71 ed una del d. ottima soluzione per il rapporto qualità/prezzo offre la possibilità di esprimersi in italiano con almeno uno degli addetti alla reception (se non è addirittura il direttore). camere buone nei limiti di un'accettabile stato di manutenzione. molto bella la hall e le sale per la buona colazione.

Good choice - do not hesitate - book now!

Reason of my trip to vienna: exhibition. the hotel was perfect. i would like to point out the friendliness of the staff. always smiling and ready to help. i had suggested this hotel to seversl colleagues and was somewhat worried that it would not correspond to their expectations. all were very satisfied. i cannot comment on the location in terms of public transportation, we were car-borne and did not do any tourism. i did not use any business services

Habitación amplia con camas un poco blandas para mi gusto. me parece más un hotel de 3 estrellas que de cuatro. mucho ruido de la calle y eso que yo estaba en el piso 7º. personal del desayuno muy borde y antipático; si os hacéis un bocata ó cogéis algo de fruta del desayuno para llevaros, que no os vean, tienen unos letreros que si te pillan te lo ponen en las narices y te piden dinero por sacar la comida¡una vergüenza!, además de no tener ni pizca de educación a la hora de decírtelo.
