Worst resort in cuba and i've been all over. the food is awful, service is rude. everywhere was limited on food and only after you ordered and waited were you notified. the rooms were clean however, we were promised an upgrade as the number of complaints was just above and beyond and i've never complained at any hotel. management told us rooms were unavailable, it was low season and the resort was empty. we were told that rooms were available on our last day, hilarious. i cnsg believe you have to pay extra for lobster at the a la carte. this is no where near a five or four star, the hotel deserves a 3 at most and that's simply due to location of beach and cleanliness.
