This is an excellent hotel. the reception staff is so friendly , helpfull and polite. rooms are very clean . breakfast is top quality and the ladies serving coffee or tea are so nice . the atmosphere is peacefull and homey. the furnishing decor is created with a very good and valued taste. one of the best i have ever visited.

I have visited ecxelsior hotel three times and every visit has been a pleasant experience. the staff is very friendly and helpfull. the rooms are clean and nice decorated and the atmosphere is peacefull. one of the best hotels and in walking distance to old town and shopping area.

Good location 10 minute stroll from the centre and shops,friendly staff,good breakfast choice all in all excellent value for money and would recommend this hotel!

We had a very nice stay in this hotel from 08-09/12. we have been here before and again were very pleased. this hotel offers great service and rooms for a good price the walking distance to koningsalle is only 10 minutes, crossing a nice park. parking across the street 14 euro's p/24hrs. i would recommend this hotels to others as a good intermediate class hotel.
