Hotel was 4 star status, very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. food was good value and tasteful. we asked to change my mother-in-laws room which was slightly small, and there was no problem at all. would stay at this hotel again. obtained good deal though hotels click.

Lovely hotel following refurbishment, good location, good everything! apart from the room was soooooo hot! day and night! but a great weekend away!

Wherever possible we stay at menzies easgt cliff, it is the best hotel in bournemouth . sometimes in high season it becomes too expensive but on this occasion it was good value for money. this must be our 5th or 6th stay this year. the public rooms are very well appointed, our room was beautiful with complimentary gowns and slippers, tea & coffee, bowl of sweeties etc. the food is excellent, served in the pleasant dining room. on a previous visit we were put in the carlton instead, that was awful and we would never agree to do this again.
