The hotel has an impressive entrance, opening up into the deluxe interior of the lobby, which offers a lovely relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Exterior
After faithful restoration, this hotel is the first truly deluxe hotel in the nordic countries. It is regarded as one of the most valued historical buildings in Helsinki.
Rooms
The rooms are all very large and in exceptional condition with modern amenities. The colour scheme is pastel yellow with pine fittings, and traditional gold patterned curtains. Restaurant
The most legendary restaurant in Finland, Kamp, was opened in 1887, and is now a fabulous restaurant offering outstanding international cuisine and wines. The brasserie is a trendy open kitchen with a buffet and specialities and is located just to the right of the lobby as one enters. The hotel also has a bar serving drinks and light snacks, and a patio open during the spring and summer months.
