Spotless hotel, very grand and staff very helpful. location is superb, from heathrow to hotel in 1 hour, total cost £5 on the tube. would definitely stay again.

Fab location

Hotel staff were fantastic. breakfast very good. only problem that booked a triple room for three adults and the third bed was a campbed which was a bit uncomfortable.
