Lovely hotel

We arrived on a saturday afternoon the check in was easy the man who checked us in was very efficient.the hotel room was lovely very clean and comfortable we had booked a dinner in theo randall restaurant we sat at the back of the restaurant the food was excellent but the seating was very uncomfortable i sat on a leather bench seating which had no filling left in it. it did spoil my evening i couldn't wait to leave. we went to the bar for a nightcap and waited for about 15 mins for some service in the end my husband went to look for someone. breakfast in the morning was excellent lots to choose from but agian the service was poor.
