Lobby
The lobby is large and fabulous with Art Deco and classical influences and a wealth of beautiful original features restored to perfection. There is a large lounge area adjacent to the lobby providing a spacious seating area.
Exterior
The hotel dates back to 1898, an imposing ornate red brick building.
Rooms
The rooms are large, also elegantly appointed in both traditional and Art Deco styles. Each is decorated differently, furnished with antique furniture and in exceptional condition. Also the bathrooms are wonderfully elegant and luxurious.
Restaurant
The restaurant, under the attentive and inspired guide of famous chef Gordon Ramsay, is on the ground floor and resembles a ballroom with ornate coving to the ceiling and numerous other period features in perfect condition.
