There is no lobby as such, but a very cozy seating area next to the breakfast room. Recently refurbished.
Exterior
This is a large 18th century Victorian house in fantastic condition, as are all houses in this residential garden-square.
Rooms
The rooms are large for London and traditional hotels standards. They have all been recently refurbished and have brand new modern bed linen, bathrooms and furniture. The style of the rooms is classic with a touch of modern decor. Bathrooms are new and in good condition.
Restaurant
The hotel don't have a restaurant but there is a very cozy and modern breakfast room and seating area next to the large original bay window.
