We are returning guests and would have thought that even though we, through prudence, managed to get a fantastic deal, our profile should have been located and our room allocated accordingly. In the event, we were given a mediocre room which at a 5 star hotel is not really on! Had a few "niggles - milk was sour, people were smoking in next rooms". In the end we were moved to a Park facing room which was wonderful so reparations were excellent, just shouldn't have needed to do this.

Stayed one night during a theatre visit. Superb location, great restaurants in the lanes of Mayfair 2 mins walk away. Easy for shopping and the theatres.

Our room was a new test model, very hotel Babylon but didnt work too well as the bed was so huge, however a fab view along Picadilly and to Green Park. (friends had a standard room which was much better)

Go on a Wednesday. The Manager serves free Chamopagne cocktails from 5-7pm.

This is an excellent hotel, a place to stay that is an oasis of refined calm in a busy city. Staff are friendly and efficient and the hotel is very well placed to see and visit the central sights of London on foot.

We had everything we needed right down to umbrella, iron and board in your own room. Padded hangers, and the most comfortable duvets and pillows ever. Couldn't fault it. Great breakfast - can upgrade if you pay the difference.
