Double booking

On arriving at this hotel we were told the hotel was full and we would be given a room in another hotel in a different area of edinburgh. there was no apology and the staff were rude and unhelpful. this hotel had been booked because of it's location and the location of the substitute hotel did not suit. we were told this was the fault of the booking agency and did not concern the hotel.
