Complex of 17 apartments reformed in 2003. In the grounds is a swimming pool with a paddling area and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Reception daily opened. Cleaning and change towels 2 times per week and change lines 1 time per week.
This apartment complex is located only some 100 metres from the sandy beach of Cala'n Blanes. The tourist centre, with its numerous shopping and entertainment venues, is to be found in the immediate vicinity. There is a stop for public transport on the premises. A larger town, Ciutadella de Menorca, is around 5 km away, and Menorca's airport is roughly 50 km from the complex.
