The buildings location is superb. Nestled in a lively part of El Born, Barcelonas trendiest neighbourhood, next to the Church of Santa Maria del Mar, Passeig del Born, lined with fashion boutiques, and a stones throw from the Museu Picasso and the verdant Parc de la Ciutadella. The building is a fifteen-minute walk from Les Rambles and a ten-minute stroll from the old fishermans quarter La Barceloneta, overlooking the seafront. Important: For arrivals after 9pm will be charged a supplement of 25 € for arrivals after 12am will be charged 35 €.
