We had an issue with our booking as we booked a premium room with sea views and due to overbooking of that category when we arrived we were given the standard room without sea views that is cheaper. and that happened despite we called before the arriving and the hotel confirmed that our booking was perfect they had our room waiting for us. additionally the staff of the hotel did not apologise and were not helpful to try to fix the inconvinience created, something you would not expect in a 5 star hotel. also note that the pool is very small. i would avoid this hotel if you can!
