Hotel perfetto dalla cordialità alla pulizia

 

 

We selected this hotel as it was the nearest to the airport for our early morning flight - BUT - the promised shuttle service didn't start until after our flight time, breakfast service didn't start until after the time we needed to leave the hotel, (and no packed option available) and the shuttle service to and from the town (several km) finished at 19:20 so we had to either eat in the hotel or get a taxi. It was not possible to walk anywhere from the hotel due to it's poor location on a busy A road with no footway.

Airport shuttle started too late and finished too early.

Camera e pulizia ottime, colazione a buffet abbondante e varia (viene servita dalle 6,30).La posizione è ottima per chi deve prendere l'aereo la mattina presto. C'è un servizio navetta gratuito ad orari stbiliti e su prenotazione dalla stazione all' hotel e dall'hotel all'aeroporto.

The hotel was ideal for our needs. We had an early morning flight from Pisa airport which was only a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride away.
We had booked 3 rooms but arrived early and were able to put all our luggage in one room until the other rooms were ready.
The rooms were clean and well equipped. The reception staff could have been more efficient and helpful although our early morning check-out was dealt with very quickly.
Breakfast was self service and provided plenty of choice. We had 2 evening meals in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were excellent. Children were catered for and made welcome. It was much easier for families to eat in the hotel than to venture into Pisa either on foot or by taxi.
The hotel courtesy bus into Pisa or to the airport ran infrequently and only during peak times. It was not very useful to a group of 7 and would need pre booking. However we did manage the 15 minute walk to the centre of Pisa - a local map of the route into town would have been helpful especially if available from hotel reception.
