This yellow, modern building features green Venetian blinds and was completely renovated in 1999. It presents a beautiful terrace, adorned with flowers, which offers stunning romantic views of the lagoon and of Venice Island.

Rooms are medium to large in size. They are luminous and modern in style with carpeted floors. The rooms offer satellite television, air conditioning, minibar, safe and hairdryer. Bathrooms are also in excellent condition. Many rooms present enchanting views across Venice and the lagoon during unforgettable sunsets.

The hotel has no restaurant, but a beautiful breakfast room and bar with views of the lagoon on the ground floor. Breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace during the summer season.
