The Hotel is a 15 minute walk from the main Station. Very well located for all the main sights plus bars and retaurants. The Hotel was in the midst of a mini re-vamp when we stayed, so it wasa a little noisy at 7.30 when the decorators arrived!
Our room overlooked the fountain and was very quiet, as was the Hotel which has no real social facilities but offers a great base to explore from. I would definitely use the Hotel again, especially after the re-vamp.

A lovely hotel. Reception staff were very friendly. We were given a room on the courtyard side. The receptionist advised us that it was quite noisy on the road side. Our room was a good size. A little dark but other than this it was great. Buffet Breakfast was included in price and there was plenty. Location was great also. We walked to many sights from the hotel. 5 to 10 min walk to termini station. Would like to suggest tea/coffe making facilities in rooms. However this seemed normal throughout Europe. If you don't like stairs ask for a room with lift access. Excellent value (We paid NZ $152 per night). Was a little hard to find. No big sign out front. If you are coming from termini down via nazionale turn right into via delle quattro fontane and it is on the right opposite Hotel Zara.
Good hotel - great location

Good hotel. First room we were given was small and dark and smelling of smoke, but it was no problem to move to a bigger cleaner non-smoking room. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was generally quiet with our room facing inner courtyard. The location was fantastic - 10 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Great ice cream shop and also a fabulous delicatessen across the street.
Breakfasts were poor but we made up for that with the rest of our eating!
