Disappointed with first impressions,Enterance to hotel not very welcoming,Reseption Area very small and dark.Lift ancient and small.Doors at both sides of reseption just filthy dirty.Hard to tell the bar from the dining room.The only saving grace was the room which was quite well appointed but has no air conditioning and the windows could not be opened more than 3 or 4 inches.The noise level -mainly drinkers -at night was dreadful and did not stop until well after 4o'clock in the morming,
