This hotel was perfect, great location for Dublin airport, Ikea etc. The rooms were lovely and clean the staff in reception extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was extremely quiet from outside noise upless u opened the windows, so a perfect nights sleep was had

There was no evidence of a booking from Hotelsclick on the hotel system. The staff member was so kind and helpful but it still took almost 30mins to sort out. Each time she tried to enter my name, all my details were there but there was no sign of my booking through hotelsclick. Very frustrating!!
