Not as superior as we'd expected!
V. Good: 3.6/5
Sarah - Bray, IRELAND - 08/07/2009
We had expected great things from the hotel, given it's website descriptions! Our 'superior' room as it was described to us seemed small and basic, the bathroom whilst ok was starting to look a little tired with missing tiles and a not so clean bath. Service in the bar area was slow although busy with a nice atmosphere and a great bowl of chunky chips when they eventually arrived. The breakfast was super though and great to have it running til 12 at the weekend. A nice enough hotel, super interior design but we think overpriced.

This hotel is fabulous. John Rocha has done an amazing job. The customer service at the hotel was the best I have ever received anywhere in the world. They were so helpful and friendly especially on reception. Breakfast was great and only the finest produce was used. I would highly recommemd this hotel to anyone. Its just 1 minutes walk away from the thai restuarant called KOH. This was the best thai meal I have ever had and once again service was fabulous. Hope your visit was as enjoyable as mine!!
AMAZING HOTEL WONDERFUL STAFF AND PERFECT LOCATION

Linda - Dublin, IRELAND - 04/12/2009
I have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions. I am actually living in Dublin and stay here quite a bit when boyfriend arrives from UK. Out of all the hotels in Dublin this is the one we go back to time and time again. Location is amazing, literally 2 mins from Temple bar (just cross the bridge and you are right in the heart of it) and also beside The Italian Quarter with all the restaurants and bars. The hotel is amazing and the staff cannot do enough for you - even remember your name after a year!!! Rooms are stunning and breakfast is best I've ever had. Molton Brown toiletries - need I say anymore. Perfect base for going to concert in O2 or Croke Park and just a 10 minute walk to Grafton Street for shopping or 2 minutes to City Centre shops - will def be going back again (booked in for July already!!) If you want class and to be treated like a king or queen - this is the place to be.
An overnight break

Anne - Dublin, IRELAND - 02/18/2009
This hotel is in a terrific location. The room was a standard room, king size double bed, flat screen TV, CD player (if I'd known I'd have brought my Barry White CD!) and some occasional furniture. There was a hairdryer in the room. The bathroom was the only let down. The tile work looks tired and the guest's products were not of good quality...basically they don't lather and left my hair stripped out and dried! On the plus side, the buffet breakfast the next morning was fabulous and well worth making time for. On Sunday's they serve breakfast unitl noon, which is much better than a lot of hotels who will cut off at 10:30 or 11:00.
All in all I reccomnend the Morrisson for a get away break.... a prure treat.
Fab hotel but a bit rough around the edges

Jane - Shrewsbury, UNITED KINGDOM - 10/24/2008
Fab location-right inbetween Temple Bar and O'Connel street. The hotel itself is amazing-reception area, restaurant/breakfastroom and bar all very stylish and posh! The hotel is let down by its room which are nicely decorated and well equipt (mini-bar, toiletries, bath robes etc) but a bit rough around the edges.
It wasn't a major prob but was disappointing for the price I paid.
Hotel with attitude

This hotel is beautifully placed to allow you to enjoy Temple Bar, but leave most of the noise behind as you stroll back over the Millenium Bridge to your room.

Claire - Andover, UNITED KINGDOM - 01/16/2008
This hotel is right in the centre of Dublin. Just 2 minutes walk from the Temple Bar area. The breakfasts are expensive but delicious and the restaurant was a cool place to eat.
Had a wonderful weekend in Dublin, fantastic atmosphere in all the places we went to. Would definitely go again. The only downside is everything is expensive due to the tourism.
THE PERFECT MORRISON
