Living the delano dream

Struggling with holiday blues and a lot of it thanks to the excellent experience we had at the delano hotel on south beach. we arrived to a friendly welcome from zula who was accommodating and helped us to find a really great room. spotless, very comfortable with a great view of the beach (worth the extra $). the decor is spot on, large spaces, trendy furniture, a very cool atmosphere all round. breakfast service was always very good, both the buffet and menu options were spot on. the pool area and service were both phenomenal. special mention to solomon, jeremy and diego who all did a great job looking after us. solomon does not stop working! the pool girls ana, lori and julie were all friendly and attentive. perfect bar menu, the wings are killer! and as a hobby dj myself i was really impressed with the music selection, volume, tempo and mood has clearly had a lot of attention which is appreciated! bianca is a lovely restaurant and we really enjoyed the food and service. willie and pedro were very helpful at the front desk in arranging reservations and car hire. i would always stay here!
