Double trouble

Stylish public areas, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast and perfunctory room with a nice bathroom. But pushing two single beds together and providing two single duvets does not a double bed make.
A Good Stay in Prague

I had a good time staying at The Yasmin Hotel. It is very central and very modern in style. Rooms are ok. Only as stylish as the photos show if it the honeymoon suite. Rooms still very adequate. Staff friendly and polite. Buffet breakfast was substantial and set you up for the day. I had a very pleasant stay. Will certainly go back!
Good value chic hotel and great location!

This is a great find for us, being weekend tourist in Prague. The hotel is centrally located between the new and old town. The room is modern (note it is not a top end 5 star luxurious hotel, but clean and comes with white cotton linen). Breakfast has good selections. The concierge is very helpful and found us a great local diner and bars. The hotel bar also serves drinks at very reasonable prices. Also, a plus for us is that internet access in the room was free.

Hotel is very clean, modern & has quite a chic entrance & bar area. Its set behind Wenselus Square which is an ideal location for getting to the main area's. On arrival in Prague we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which cost around £20 we used AAA taxi's. Getting from the Hotel back to airort we used the Metro which is just at the bottom of the road from the Hotel, it cost less than 50p each to get back to airport so it's worth doing that if you don;t have much luggage. Would use hotel again.

COULD NOT FAULT IT

Peter - ALTRINCHAM, UNITED KINGDOM - 12/07/2007
From the friendly and efficient reception to check out this was a superb hotel. Not the type of hotel for stag parties etc. All staff were polite and pleasant. The room was clean and adequately sized and the buffet breakfast excellent. Only minor gripe - no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Would definately stay again.

The hotel is overly modern and "shiny" but well located and good value
What a Shame

The glass sliding doors closed too quickly and as they were nor fitted with a sensor I was trapped between them and badly bruised. Tha manageress was distinctly unpleasant and asked if I would like to see a Doctor. They tested the doors and I noticed thatn they were subsequently left open. Otherwise no doubbt there would have been a stream of casualties. I asked for a reduction in the cost as compensation but this was refused. As a result of the damage to my arms and as I am elderly the remainder of my holiday was spoilt. I shall not however be taking legal action against you but obviously cannot recommend your Hotal to others.
