Havana hotel

Good hotel, great location, safe area to walk around at night, within walking distance to all sights in old town.
room clean though little dingy light, nb some rooms do not have a window though are a good size.
lovely inner central courtyard under stain-glassed roof, good for a beer.

Complete dissapointment

We arrived at 1:00 in the morning. after the clerk shuffled paperwork for 20 minutes she handed us an envelope which had a letter in it cancelling our prepaid reservation.
