Great location. Reception staff efficient but miserable. Foyer and public rooms pleasant - didn't try the bar but looked fine. Good breakfast but had to queue and didn't restock things that had run out on the Sunday morning rush. Narrowest corridors we have ever seen upstairs - tiny shower room and the double bed pushed up against the wall in the corner - never seen that before in a hotel. Okay for a weekend in London though.

Albergo molto carino e ubicato un una belissima zona molto ben collegato, il primo impatto però è stato negativissimo perchè la camera matrimoniale che mi avevano riservato era minuscola addirittura il letto matrimoniale( 1 piazza e 1/2) quasi non entrava nella camera, credo che questo tipo di camere sia in effetti riservato a chi acquista con internet a prezzi più competitivi.Comunque ho trascorso solo una notte in quella camera anche perchè la mattina seguente mi sono lamentato molto civilmente alla reception, infatti mi hanno dato una bellissimam camera degna di un tre stelle della categoria Best Wester, quindi il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo per i restanti giorni di vacanza, quindi state in campana alla camera che vi assegnano diversamente rischiate di fare un soggiorno FANTOZZIANO!!!Comunque l'albergo è molto carino e la colazione è ok, attenzione però alla sistemazione!!!!

This hotel is in a great location for tourists and shoppers. Impressive from outside but not so good inside.

Staff were friendly but had difficulty with English.
My room was a family one with 4 beds but it lacked a long mirror. Also lacked bussiness facilities with vertually no plugs or place to work.

I would like to see the hotel be more environmnetal and offer to not wash towls every day or to throw away the soap each day.

I would ile to see sihns to a useable staircase as the one very small and slow lift to all floors was tedious in the mornings especially.

A good choice on a budget but not if you want to work.

Only one slow lift

Good hotel with confortable but small rooms with old beds. Underground and shopping center very close. Hotel and underground neighbourhood with activity at least until 11pm which gives you a security sensation. Breakfast is quite good and complete.

I booked a double and a triple room. The triple one was fantastic, more than double meters than double one.

I think i will repeat but I will try save some pounds booking it in advance.
