This hotel was ideal, I took my Mum to Prague for her first visit but it was my fourth. The hotel was very good in every respect although I have to say i was very disappointed with the breakfast. I already stated I have stayed in Prague previously and this was the worst breakfast I have encountered. There was not enough choice and the food what was there was very basic. I have stayed at 3* and 4* hotels and this was below a 3* breakfast standard.

The rooms were a very good size, the staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. the location was ideal. I cannot fault this hotel other than the breakfast.

The breakfast, after staying in other hotels in Prague this was very poor.

The Problem. We selected this hotel because it was advertised with Air Conditioning. In fact, only the 5th floor is equipped with A/C. This is mis-representation.

In all other respects, the services were excellent.

Hotel was well located and all staff were very helpful. Only 2 issues:
- there was no restaurant open in the evening despite all the websites & hotel info saying there was.
- the taxi they booked for us one evening - I think it was a friend of the staff and not a proper taxi! Also, even tho' we told them we had booked our own taxi back to the airport they still rang for one which came 20 mins earlier - no doubt there is some commission in it!
However, we would be very happy to go there again, generally the hotel was excellent in every respect.
