Je souhaite faire une réclamation compte tenu du problème que nous avons subi à l'arrivée de l'hôtel, à savoir :
Seule une chambre double nous était réservée, or j'avais effectué une réservation d'une chambre double + lit supplémentaire. Pour avoir une chambre triple nous avons été obligé de payer à l'hotelier 20 euros supplémentaires par rapport au prix que vous avez prélevé sur ma carte. J'EN DEMANDE DONC LE REMBOURSEMENT.

It's outside the city, you have to take the train to go to Rome, the train station is very close, but the place is noisy(because the train is close, but no so much that you can't sleep) and the streets very ugly and dirty. Posizione ottima per chi vuole lasciare la macchina e muoversi con mezzi pubblici, a pochi metri vi è una stazione treni Roma-nord, che porta fino a P.zza flaminio in 15 minuti.
La stanza singola al primo piano è un pò piccola ma c'è tutto quello che serve per soggiornarvi tranquillamente.

Pulizia, accoglienza ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

un hotel senza grosse pretese che offre tutti i normali servizi di un hotel 3 stelle.
PRO: in reception molto gentili e pronti a darti informazioni su come visitare la città. come locazione è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, anche se molto in periferia. pulito.
CONTRO: forse troppo lontano dal centro città, di notte ci sono pochi pullman per tornare e il taxi costa vista la distanza. colazione senza grosse pretese, c'è tutto ma capita di aspettare mezzora per delle brioche.
