We didnt know exactly what will be there, never the less, we enjoyed our stay there. the hotel is very close to the museums, to the concertgebow, and the transportation to all the city attractions is nearby.
The staff is very friendly.
The rooms that turn to the street, are a little noisy, (you should clode always the windows...)
In the bathroom - they should put bigger body towels...

A typical Dutch medium-priced hotel. Nothing was particularly good or bad. My room was on the ground floor with the reception area nearby and was a little noisy occasionally. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was useful for my purposes. I would certainly consider staying in this hotel again.
