Nice hotel with respect to price. Modest breakfast.
Friendly staff and great location for people visiting Italy by trains.
Close to the major attractions and train and bus stops.
Ps. do not forget to take bus 12 to go to the Piazza Michelangelo, the view of Florence is breathtaking !

The hotel was very conveniently located - about 100 meters from the train station. Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Rooms were not decent but the showers had low pressure and took a long time to heat up. Also, there was no divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water ran all over the floor making it impossible for more than one person to use the bathroom.
